Readme - Framework Mapscores for 94 Lines

This file contains mapscore and associated information for framework loci on the IBM mapping population. Column 1 contains the mapmaker locus name for each marker. Column 2 contains expanded locus names that are mapmaker compatible as they appear on the map drawings sent to CIMDE users. Column 3 contains the coordinate on the maps as they appear here (http://www.maizemap.org/ibm_frameworkmaps.htm). Column 4 contains the chromosome number. Column 5 contains the mapscore data from the 94 mapping lines used to create the maps. A list of the 94 lines can be found at http://www.maizemap.org/94lines.txt.
