FPC
and iMap
updated for the new IBM2 neighbors maps, which now include a refinement
of orders based on the physical map in FPC, and new markers from the
community map, cIBM 2004. The new neighbors map anchors 483 contigs by
iMap criteria to the IBM2 neighbors maps!
