Replacement Policy: All DNA Lots are verified by PCR with 8 primer pairs prior to plate production. Plates within a lot are randomly tested to ensure quality. Replacement plates will be sent at no cost only for documented loss during shipment. All other replacements will be made at the expense of the requestor.
