To install the program

Run the setup program that is under drive:\Aflp\Source\Package\setup.exe
Follow the setup directions.

The default installation directory is c:\program files\Labconvert, however
you can change it to wherever you want.

To use LabConvert click on start then programs and LabConvert.

This software allows to manipulate the output information from Genotyper into
excel spreadsheet format, changing the output format.

There are a couple of example files that come from Genotyper and are located
under Data_Examples directory ("yellow70.txt" and "table.txt")

To run the program

Once the software is installed, you need to :

1) double click on the LabConvert icon to start the application.

To convert a file from Genotyper to formatted Excel you need to:

1) click on file and convert from the main menu.
2) click on "Select File" button and select the file to convert using the explore facility.
3) fill up the number of categories, the number fields (default 4) and change values (default no),
   the"change values" option allows to change numeric values for "yes/no" on your output file.
4) click on "OK" button to validate your option.
5) click on Convert File and select the name and path of the output file.
