Welcome to LabDB Scoring Tool

The Maize Mapping Project Laboratory Database Management System (LabDB) scoring tool is designed to record the daily basis transactions of the Lab at University of Missouri-Columbia, generate reports, and export information to MAPMAKER software.

The lab scoring transactions are classified in two big groups SSR, RFLP and INDEL recording information by keypunching it based on gel images and, SNP recording information by importing genotyper tables extracted from the ABI^® Genotyper^® software.

The system can be used for several users concurrently with different levels of security.

It is easy to use, just follow the user help instructions contained in LabDB.zip (compressed Windows help file)

The stand-alone version works with Microsoft Access™ as the back-end database.
