Map method. Maps are computed using the build and place MapMaker commands and a framework of 580 loci.  Results will be returned to submittors within 2 weeks of submission.

Controls Three SSR's have been selected to control for identity of the mapping lines. Scores for the controls and other information may be found with the DNA-kit. If you choose not to use these controls, please contact us and we will remove the control feature from your account.

Privacy Policy. We will request permission from submittors prior to public release of any map data. Public submissions will be credited at MaizeGDB.
